What can your music be used for?

For further details of what our music can be used for, please refer to our license.

After I purchase a collection when do I receive the download?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a “Thank you for your purchase” email containing a link to download the collection. This email is sent automatically upon completing your payment online.

This email should arrive within a couple of minutes, but if not, please allow 30 minutes before contacting us as emails can sometimes get delayed. Also, please check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox as it may have been caught in your email spam filter.

Why didn’t I receive an email with the download link?

The most common reason for this is that your email may have marked it as spam/junk and either deleted it or put it in your spam/junk folder.

Another reason could be that the email address was misspelled during the payment process. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Can I get a refund on the collection I purchased?

Sorry, no refunds can be given once purchased. This is because you already have the download link and there is no way we can reverse this once sent. Also, the composer has already been paid a share of the sale.

There may be exceptions depending on the situation, however this will be at our discretion.

What formats are the collections provided as?

All purchased collections are provided as a zipped download. Full length tracks and edits/versions are supplied as mp3 320-kbps, 44.1 kHz with the exception of music loops, which are provided as uncompressed 16-bit 44.1-kHz WAV files.

Can I purchase a collection to use as a promotional giveaway or covermount?

Please email us if you wish to use any of our music for this purpose. Our standard and extended licenses available to purchase on the site only allow our music to be combined with visuals and / or voice over. We will need to work out a separate license fee for promotional giveaways / covermounts.

Do I need to pay UK VAT?

If you are a UK or EU customer, VAT @ 20% will added at the payment stage. Customers outside UK and EU countries do not pay VAT.

How do I pay and is it secure?

Payments can be made securely online via PayPal. PayPal accepts payment via Debit / Credit Card or through your PayPal account.
